In the Fall of 2008 I received a phone call from a representative of Yale-New Haven Hospital. A request had been made to produce a multimedia presentation for the 30th Anniversary of the Yale New Haven Hospital Ambulatory Services Division.

Along with the multimedia project, a number of other communications pieces were produced to celebrate this milestone for the hospital as well as the team that makes up the Ambulatory Services Division.

I received a road map from one of the other designers who was producing the brochure for the hospital as part of the 30th Anniversary. This provided a great timeline for me to produce the presentation. Along with that map I received a box of photos and articles from various staff members that kept a history of the Temple Medical Center and all of the accomplishments of the Ambulatory Services Division.

To the left is what follows; a multimedia presentation in streaming web video. The video should play automatically, but Internet Explorer may have blocks on your computer's security, so you may have to bypass the blocks and allow Flash content, or you may need to update your Flash Player.
