**Terms and Conditions**

Chelle Designs, LLC charges a $50.00 consultation fee for the preparation and business meeting to discuss your potential graphic design project. If the prospective client does request graphic design services through Chelle Designs, LLC the consultation fee will be deducted from the balance of the total service fee. This consultation fee is due upon the scheduled meeting day.

Chelle Designs, LLC, and the client requesting graphic design services must sign a Work-for-Hire Agreement. It is necessary to have a signed copy in order to initiate the work request.

A deposit must also be received from the client to proceed with a project. Chelle Designs, LLC requests half of the design fee. * Payments are made through PayPal invoicing and your email account. An email and invoice will be sent to your email account and the invoice can immediately be paid online with your:

Print job fees from printing vendors will be based on each specific design job request. Chelle Designs, LLC will work with you and printing vendors to acquire a quality print job, and a respective price for your budget. Any printing charges relating to your design job/request must be paid up front before your print job begins. A proof of your design project will be provided from the printing vendor. The print proof must be signed by the client to initiate your print job request.
